Key Responsibilities:

The Branch Operations Coordinator will undertake various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Supporting retail implementation, coordinating money service business transactions, managing BSA exception reports, overseeing safe deposit box escheatment, cash ordering, teller variance reporting, scorecard reporting, and reviewing customer complaints.
  • Continuously researching and gathering insights to enhance existing policies and procedures, applying best practices to transform our operations.
  • Providing ongoing support and training to the Charter, participating in corporate initiatives related to products, services, customer service, and quality control.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong partnerships across all departments to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Assisting Branch Managers and Retail Heads with training initiatives at branches.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with departmental, banking, and regulatory policies.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer skills.
