About the Role:

As a skilled Construction Laborer / Carpenter at Canfield Buildings, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction of new builds in the Waukesha, WI area. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction carpentry and basic skills in using hand tools. You will work collaboratively with our high-performing team to cut and assemble materials, operate equipment, and determine the next steps in the building process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the construction of new builds, including cutting and assembling materials
  • Operate equipment such as skid-steer loaders, all-terrain forklifts, scissors lifts, electric tools, and air tools
  • Collaborate with the team to determine the next steps in the building process
  • Ensure high-quality work and attention to detail

Requirements:
