Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • IV certification (unit-dependent).
  • 2+ years of nursing experience, with a focus on medical-surgical or critical care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a float pool or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
