Job Overview

Position Summary:
This role involves providing essential clinical services in an outpatient environment, catering to a diverse clientele with an average caseload of 12 individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive bio-psychosocial treatment strategies for newly admitted clients.
  • Collaborate with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients, their families, and referral sources.
  • Facilitate treatment planning and coordination with external providers, ensuring effective discharge planning and staffing with medical and psychiatric professionals when necessary.
  • Act as a representative of WisHope Recovery at various training sessions, meetings, and community outreach events.
  • Deliver a range of outpatient services for Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Mental Health.
  • Conduct intake assessments and oversee individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Create and review service plans throughout the treatment process as required.
  • Provide assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services related to SUD and Mental Health.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed and maintained in accordance with federal and state regulations.
  • Undertake additional tasks as necessary to uphold the quality of services provided to clients.
  • Engage in annual training focused on cultural competency, diversity, and safety protocols to enhance care for the populations served.
