Job DescriptionAt Techstra Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Staffing Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our IT staffing business in a designated geographic location.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT staffing solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT services staffing sales or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Logical and forward-thinking, with a drive and enthusiasm for sales and business development
