Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions focused on the safe handling and packaging of hazardous materials.
  • Discuss essential topics such as personal protective equipment, emergency response procedures, and compliance with both national and international regulations.
  • Support clients in adhering to various regulatory requirements across multiple programs.
  • Ensure project completion aligns with intricate international regulatory standards.
  • Prepare environmental reports and other technical documentation.
  • Assist clients in managing hazardous waste projects at local, regional, state, federal, and international levels.
  • Coordinate logistics for shipping, packaging, and transportation of hazardous waste and dangerous goods across borders.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse individuals, including executives, scientists, engineers, and business professionals.
  • Strong skills in technical writing and verbal communication, with a focus on clearly conveying ideas and solutions.
  • Experience in project management is essential.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant full-time experience post-college.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, with up to 10% of the role involving fieldwork outside the United States for periods of up to 14 days.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
  • Availability for occasional night shifts to accommodate international training sessions.

  • Experience in logistics.
  • Background in audio/video production.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
