Field Services Training Specialist

Salary: $60,000 per year.
The role involves facilitating client training sessions, managing projects, preparing documentation, generating reports, and engaging with government and regulatory representatives. Additionally, it includes supervising field teams of manual laborers and overseeing the management of universal waste and hazardous materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual training sessions on the safe handling and packaging of hazardous materials.
- Deliver educational content on personal protective equipment, emergency response procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support clients in adhering to national and international regulations across various programs.
- Ensure project completion aligns with complex international regulatory requirements.
- Prepare environmental reports and other technical documentation.
- Assist clients in managing hazardous waste projects at local, regional, state, federal, and international levels.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping, packaging, and transportation of hazardous waste and dangerous goods.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to engage with diverse individuals, including executives, scientists, and engineers.
- Strong skills in technical writing and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions effectively.
- Experience in project management is essential.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience post-college.
- Willingness to travel internationally, including regions such as Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, for up to 14 days at a time.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
- Availability for occasional night shifts to accommodate international training sessions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in logistics.
- Familiarity with audio and video production.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily conducted in an office setting with minimal safety hazards. The role involves using standard office equipment.
- Domestic and international travel is required, with a focus on physical activities in various environments.
- Tasks may involve significant physical exertion and exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and adherence to established policies and procedures are essential.
- Decision-making capabilities based on experience and knowledge are crucial for success in this role.
