Job Summary:

The Server position at Legends is a dynamic role that requires exceptional guest service skills while working collectively and cooperatively in the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction and provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds their expectations.
  • Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Stay knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium to provide guests with a comprehensive experience.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette is required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks.
  • Two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations.
  • Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
