Job Summary

As a Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist with College Hunks Hauling Junk, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring 110% satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the junk truck safely and efficiently
  • Perform daily truck inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order
  • Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the core values of the company
  • Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values
  • Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes
  • Check in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance
Requirements
  • Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, and Service-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
