Treasury Analyst Intern

Job Summary

This role is designed for students to gain hands-on experience in financial management and cash operations. As a Treasury Analyst Intern, you will work closely with the global finance team to manage cash balances, execute daily funds transfers, and prepare financial reports. You will also have the opportunity to interact with teams across various locations, including Philadelphia, Amsterdam, London, and New York.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and report daily cash positions for various subsidiary entities.
  • Execute daily funds transfers and investment activities.
  • Prepare and distribute routine reporting on global cash balances and investments.
  • Act as a liaison between company business units and financial institutions.
  • Manage bank accounts, including opening, closing, and modifying accounts as needed.
  • Assist with the maintenance of treasury systems, including user support, system administration, and contingency planning.
  • Interact with teams across various locations to discuss topics such as forecasting, cash balances, fund movement, and account maintenance.
  • Provide feedback on banking partners for semi-annual scorecards.
  • Identify, research, and resolve cash transaction issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from a United States-based college or university.
  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027).
  • Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Available to report in-person to the work location.

Compensation

Base Pay: $25.00
