Accounting Supervisor

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry. You will work closely with the Corporate Accountant to assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and support the year-end audit.

• Supervise daily accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and transparency of financial transactions.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop, document, and revise accounting processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with an accounting focus.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year of prior supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GAAP laws, and regulations, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficient in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks Enterprise, and advanced in Microsoft Office programs.
