Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday; 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Compensation and Benefits: Annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, with eligibility for wage increases twice a year. Our comprehensive benefits package includes three weeks of paid time off and eight paid holidays in the first year.

Key Responsibilities: The primary role of the ITAD Operations Supervisor is to embody the organizational objectives and relay team member needs to management. Responsibilities include overseeing team dynamics, ensuring safety and engagement, and holding team members accountable for meeting production targets and quality standards while upholding our core values. Supervisors are tasked with eliminating obstacles to success for their team members and continuously working to enhance the workplace environment. Most importantly, they play a crucial role in advancing Dynamic's mission and culture through servant leadership.

Daily Duties May Include:

  • Supervising a designated work group
  • Maintaining production plans and objectives
  • Providing general ITAD support
  • Motivating, addressing inquiries, and managing team performance
  • Implementing development plans for team members
  • Serving as a resource and assisting with problem-solving
  • Driving operational excellence
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance safety and streamline processes
  • Operating forklifts as necessary

Qualifications: Candidates for the ITAD Operations Supervisor position should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with three to five years of supervisory experience and five years of leadership experience. An Associate's Degree in Management or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
