About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Course Attendant. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct players to their designated tee times and ensure a smooth flow of play.
- Work closely with golf staff to provide accurate information to players and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Provide scorecards, pencils, tees, towels, and divot mix to players prior to play.
- Maintain order and control the pace of play on the golf course.
Requirements:
- Ability to drive a golf cart.
- Ability to lift overhead and carry ice buckets up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to push and pull for sweeping golf balls off the range.
- Ability to work in hot and humid outdoor conditions for up to 12 hours each day.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer and communication skills.
- Ability to react quickly and use good judgment.
- Ability to multi-task and anticipate the needs of members.
- Compliance with a Drug-Free Workplace policy.
