Nuclear Medicine Technologist

We're seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Wisconsin, USA. As a Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist, you'll work with top healthcare companies across the US, performing MI SPECT diagnostic imaging procedures and serving as a training resource.
Responsibilities- Perform MI SPECT diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages, assisting in the diagnosis of patient illness.
- Locate and record internal elements of the body, identifying anomalies indicative of disease, injury, or other medically significant conditions.
- Adjust equipment and calm patients to eliminate test artifacts.
- Monitor patients for potentially dangerous physical and emotional changes.
- Evaluate test results for clarity and accuracy.
- Review tests with peers and physicians.
- Inform physicians of preliminary findings as requested.
- Distribute completed test results to physicians and service providers.
- Prepare diagnostic information for physician interpretation.
- Maintain patient charts, entering diagnosis and billing codes, logging data into patient information systems, and updating file systems for tests performed.
- Clean and sterilize equipment and work space.
- Recognize equipment malfunctions and readjust equipment or write referrals for repair.
- Instruct patients in pretest preparation, answer questions, and explain procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine technology program.
- Clinical Nuclear Medicine Technologist background with a minimum of 3 years MI SPECT clinical experience required.
- Siemens or GE experience.
- Siemens C.cam experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal needed.
- Ability to interact with client personnel and team members in an autonomous responsible, professional, and ethical manner.
- Must be flexible, reliable, and demonstrate sound judgment and initiative.
