We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at ResourceMFG in Katy, TX. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for visually inspecting units to be tested, performing production line acceptance testing, and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform visual inspections on all product lines to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Conduct production line acceptance testing, including insulation tests and function tests, to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to issues found during testing, using strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
- Record test results and complete test reports/paperwork as required.
- Report issues found on failed units and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform some mechanical assembly and lifting of up to 40 lbs. as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in the electric industry, with a focus on power electronics and test equipment.
- Technical degree in Applied Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to read and interpret schematics.
- Ability to work from instructions, drawings, and procedures, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Day Shift: 6:00 am - 4 pm, with possible/mandatory OT. Night Shift: 5:30 pm-2 am, with possible/mandatory OT.
Paid weekly, with a competitive hourly rate of $25-28/hr. DOE and Shift.
