Test Technician

We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our calibration team at ResourceMFG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing calibration on accelerometers for production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-calibration and calibration duties per product specifications
  • Utilize specialized pre-calibration software
  • Review and certify work by minimum Calibration Technician III or Higher
  • Perform error-free production testing in an assigned area with limited cross-functional interface
  • Measure and record data per work instruction requirements and document nonconformance
  • Provide daily support to meet production demand
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist other Calibration Technicians and other departments as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accuracy and organization with high attention to detail
  • Good communication, reading, writing, and math skills
  • Knowledge of electronic principles
  • 1-3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings
  • Advanced schematic reading and ability to troubleshoot cable assemblies
  • Advanced reading, writing, and shop math skills
  • Experience soldering miniature parts under a microscope
  • Use of simple hand tools such as crimpers and ovens
  • IPC-A-620 certification
Personal Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accuracy and organization with high attention to detail
  • Good communication, reading, writing, and math skills
  • Knowledge of electronic principles
