We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Nexus Dynamics. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HVAC systems.

About the Role

  • As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our heating, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
  • You will work independently to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will provide exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • You will have a strong background in system mechanics, with experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • A valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel are required, as you will be responsible for visiting clients and service locations.
  • Proficiency in German language (native or B2 level) is a must, as you will be working with clients and colleagues who speak German.
