Duke University is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Duke Cardiology South Durham. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your responsibilities will include providing and documenting patient care, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and participating in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing procedures and patient responses, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
Document patient care and respond to patient needs
Assist with diagnostic procedures and provide support to other healthcare team members
Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Practical Nurse program
Current State of North Carolina LPN licensure
BLS certification
