Job Opportunity

Verdugo Restaurant Corporation is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-notch chef and be part of a team that delivers exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, up to par with Health Department standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1 year previous experience as a prep or line cook is required.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and able to work collaboratively with others.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including most weekends and nights.
