Senior HR Account Manager Job Description

Tilson HR is seeking a talented Senior HR Account Manager to join our team. As an HR professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

About the Role:

  • As a Senior HR Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing mid-sized and key client relationships, providing HR guidance and support to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple states.
  • You will oversee all aspects of daily service delivery for your assigned clients, working closely with Tilson's operational service teams in HR, Benefits, and Payroll to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • You will provide counsel and direction on employee relations issues, including performance management, terminations, sexual harassment, and discrimination, coaching and consulting with managers and associates to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will identify and develop solutions for specific client needs, such as compensation, employment policies, HR planning, and training, advocating for your assigned clients by aligning HR solutions with their business objectives.
  • You will deliver annual benefit plan renewals, including plan design, cost factors, and considerations for contributions, ensuring clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • You will assist with the training and development of HR teammates, providing guidance on complex HR issues and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration within the HR team.
  • You will plan, coordinate, and lead on-site client review and update meetings, ensuring clients receive personalized attention and HR Best Practices.

Requirements:

  • You must have 3-6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, having worked directly with business owners and key decision-makers, providing HR guidance.
  • You should hold a Bachelor's Degree and have certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, which demonstrate your commitment to the HR profession.
  • You must excel in both verbal and written communication, capable of presenting to large and small groups, and engaging effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • You should have a proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
  • You must be well-versed in HR compliance across multiple states, ensuring that your clients are always up-to-date with changing regulations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
