  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards for sanitation and safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner, and modeling suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maximize sales potential through effective procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
  • Follow established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
Requirements:
  • Thorough product knowledge and ability to make an adequate number of recipes per shift based on batch size.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team, delivering information in a clear and respectful manner to customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions, and to follow directions and procedures effectively.
  • Passion for natural foods and the mission of Whole Foods Market, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
