Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional, patient-focused care in accordance with departmental standards and state regulations.

In collaboration with medical professionals and the care team, you will provide tailored, compassionate care, adhering to established nursing protocols such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s mission and values to ensure outstanding patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.

- Execute procedures and monitoring as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation in patient records.

  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of adverse reactions.

- Provide exceptional care by responding swiftly to patient requests, anticipating needs, and resolving issues proactively.

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity through effective communication.


Qualifications:

- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

- Associate Degree in Nursing.
