Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot compressed air equipment on-site to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance inspections and repairs to prevent equipment downtime and extend lifespan.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs to ensure their compressed air systems meet their business requirements.
  • Document work performed and submit reports in a timely manner to facilitate customer satisfaction and business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Parts and Sales Departments, to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business growth and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 4 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all work performed.
