We are seeking a compassionate and organized Scheduler/Lead Caregiver to join our team at Preferred Care at Home of San Antonio North. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting caregivers and ensuring seniors receive excellent care at home.

The ideal candidate will be personable, trustworthy, and quick to remember names and faces. They will play a vital role in training, coordinating, and supporting our caregiving team.

Responsibilities:

  • Training caregivers to ensure quality care.
  • Filling open shifts, and working the shift if a replacement can't be found.
  • Conducting orientation sessions for new caregivers.
  • Accompanying on assessments to meet clients and understand their needs.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with caregivers so they feel supported and valued.
