Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to work as a consultant in skilled nursing facilities. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for completing MDS assessments, documenting resident care, participating in care planning, collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team, and providing oversight to the food service department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credential is required.
  • Licensure (if required by State)
  • At least 2 years of consulting or long-term care experience preferred, but we will consider many factors.
