Dietitian Consultant for Skilled Nursing Facilities

We are actively seeking a Registered Dietitian in a consulting role to improve the lives of seniors. As a skilled and dedicated professional, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition services to skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Document residents at high risk for nutritional problems
  • Participate in care planning processes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Oversight of food service departments with routine audits for safety, sanitation, and quality of food
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
  • Licensed (if required by state)
  • 2+ years of consulting/long-term care experience (preferable but not mandatory)
