This Independent Optometrist role at Walmart is an exceptional opportunity to launch your services in one of our Sam's Clubs, where you'll take a leading role in patient care for eye and vision health as well as general wellness.

Your Autonomy and Flexibility

As an independent lease holder, you will have the freedom to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You'll also keep 100% of exam/professional fees, making this a lucrative opportunity for your optometry practice.

Your Minimum Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school and hold a valid state optometry license. Alternatively, you may hold an Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school and a valid state ophthalmology license. You'll also need to provide General Liability Certificate, Professional Liability Insurance Certificate, and W-9 documentation.
