Thrive Autism Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Therapist to join our team at Thrive Behavior Centers.

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

As an Autism Therapist at Thrive Behavior Centers, you will be working directly with clients one-on-one in private therapy rooms under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary duties include:

• Implementing ABA therapy programs as directed to clients with autism between the ages of 2-8 years old.
• Maintaining a safe and respectful environment for clients and their families.
• Assisting clients with physical needs and personal care, including lifting up to 50 pounds, positioning, feeding, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Communicating effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and client families as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• RBT certification required within the first 60 days of employment.
• CPR/AED or BLS certification accredited by the American Heart Association.
