We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Group Lead to join our team at Axient LLC. As a key member of our Sensors and Signatures Technical Group, you will be responsible for leading the development of sensor models and signatures required to stimulate community sensor models and stimulation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical development of sensor models and signatures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility with simulation products and frameworks
- Develop technical roadmaps for areas of responsibility
- Work with growth and program teams to support new pursuits and SOW development
- Execute customer-funded tasks and lead technical development teams to meet customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
- At least 8 years of experience in RF or EI/IR signature modeling, or in the design of, or analysis of sensor systems, seekers, electronic warfare systems, or weapon systems
- Strong people skills and technical leadership experience
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Advanced degree in engineering, scientific, or technical discipline
- Extensive RF and IR signature modeling experience
- Detailed experience modeling radar systems that support MDA and Navy missions
- Experience performing radar system modeling, performance prediction, and data analysis
