Senior Associate, Business Development

Vaco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Associate to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain target lists to develop client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 0 to 18 months B2B sales and/or recruitment experience.
- Advanced, relevant experience considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
