Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts, neurological, and limited vascular exams.
- Photograph images of organs shown on display module or remove strip printout from equipment to obtain permanent record of internal examination.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Travel to other satellite facilities as needed for staffing requirements.
- Maintain ultrasound equipment and report malfunctioning devices.
- Transport patients as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Sonography or equivalent on-the-job training.
- ARDMS certification required, with 90-day grace period for RVT certification.
- OB/GYN, abdominal, and small parts experience required.
