  • Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess storm damage and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Engage in door-to-door sales and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product information and industry changes to provide expert advice to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
  • Document roofing components, defects, and storm damage findings to support sales efforts
  • Participate in proactive lead generation through door-knocking and seeking referrals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities to support sales efforts

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home exterior industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to climb on roofs and work in diverse weather conditions
