About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our care team at Tufts Medical Center. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs in accordance with physician orders.
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Specialty nursing certifications a plus.
