**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Legal Analysts and attorneys in preparing legal documents for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Paralegal Specialist, you will assist with:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including requests for agency action, contracts, and service agreements
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure timely and accurate document preparation
  • Providing exceptional support to our attorneys and Legal Analysts

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong time management skills with demonstrated capability to manage complex workloads in an efficient manner, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel
  • Strong proofreading skills
  • Experience with Styles
  • Familiarity with utilizing virtual meeting tools
  • Bachelor's degree or two years relevant work experience equivalency (including as Legal Assistant or Paralegal)
  • Ability to work in an open, collaborative environment with a team-first mentality
