Qualifications:

Required:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Experience with electronic testing equipment.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screenings.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Compliance with state licensing requirements and vendor certifications.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Fire Life Safety, Low Voltage, or Security systems.
  • Certifications from fire alarm manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and functionality.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to safely operate general hand and power tools.
  • Proficient use of mobile devices and applications.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull weights exceeding 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders up to 12 feet and using man lifts for service tasks.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Regularly required to communicate effectively and perform physical tasks.
Hiring Process:
  1. Completion of I-9 Verification form within three days of hire.
  2. Background checks conducted through criminal courts and DMV records.
  3. Substance abuse testing via urinalysis for candidates receiving job offers.
