About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team at Wellbridge. As a Facilities Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the structural integrity and overall cleanliness of our clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain structural integrity through grounds inspections, repair, and maintenance of all structural, heating, plumbing, electric, cooling, and aquatics equipment.
  • Coordinate and monitor maintenance tasks to ensure the internal and external cleanliness and maintenance of our clubs on a daily basis.
  • Oversee maintenance and housekeeping tasks, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety protocols, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
  • Write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and employees, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; OR nine months to one year of related experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skilled in several areas of plant facility maintenance, including HVAC Systems, General Contracting, Electrical, Painting, and Plumbing.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting documents in English.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • CPO certified is preferred but not required.
  • Confident speaking effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Skilled in applying common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Experienced in dealing with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
