  • Working knowledge of company systems applicable to contract design and structure.
  • Proficiency with English grammar.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge of contract construction.
