Atlanta, Georgia, United States United Recovery and Remarketing Full time
Job Description

About United Recovery and Remarketing:

United is a leading provider of repossession and remarketing services. Our success is built on delivering exceptional service to our clients, including major lenders in the United States. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and investing in our people, United has experienced steady growth since our inception in 1973. We operate from over 40 branches nationwide and are expanding our presence.

We are seeking highly motivated Field Investigators to join our team. As a Field Investigator, you will drive a company-issued vehicle to designated areas and locate vehicles subject to repossession. You will interact directly with our recovery agents and customers, but will not physically repossess vehicles. Each car is equipped with in-cab computers and camera technology, enabling you to locate vehicles for repossession by our recovery agents. You will also receive a company-provided fuel card, covering all work-related expenses. This role offers a base hourly rate of $15-$16/hour, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.

United provides comprehensive training for our newly hired Field Investigators at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN. During training, you will meet with internal operations teams that will support you in the field. You will receive hands-on training in a classroom environment and in the field, gaining a deeper understanding of the role and the tools you will use to succeed.

We are looking for individuals who are eager to grow with us and become part of the United team. If you have a desire to develop both personally and professionally, we encourage you to reach out to us. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience.

Requirements and Perks
  • A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.
  • A naturally curious individual who is willing to take the extra step necessary to achieve success.
  • An excellent communicator, able to clearly convey information.
  • Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record to be approved by our insurance.
  • Pass pre-employment processing, including a background check and urinalysis drug test.
  • Fuel card to cover gas expenses.
  • Eligibility to enroll in major medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans.
  • Eligibility to enroll in a 401(k) savings program with company match after 1 year of tenure.
  • Hourly pay structure with bonus opportunities based on performance.
  • Paid Time Off.

If you are a motivated team player who prides themselves on delivering great service, we want to hear from you.
