Job Summary:

This role is integral to the operations of Lil' Kickers, providing essential support to ensure a seamless experience for our young athletes and their families. Responsibilities include overseeing facility operations, which encompass various departments such as front desk services, reservations, payments, and programming. The position entails setting up and dismantling events, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing custodial needs, assisting with class preparations, maintaining communication with management, and enforcing facility policies. This is a part-time position with flexible hours during evenings and weekends, offering potential for career advancement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit professional communication skills in both phone interactions and email correspondence.
  • Assist in the promotion and sale of programs and memberships.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide solutions regarding their chosen programs.
  • Utilize our Point of Sale and scheduling systems effectively (DASH and EZ Facility).
  • Ensure general upkeep of the facility and attend to minor maintenance tasks.
  • Handle food and beverage services with knowledge and accuracy in transactions.
  • Maintain the appearance of the café by managing inventory and ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Execute accurate cash handling and processing of credit/debit transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Availability to work evenings and/or weekends is required.
Preferred Skills:
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Capable of building rapport with customers and families visiting our facility.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
