The estimated salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an EHS Compliance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, developing and implementing EHS programs, and providing support to the EHS management team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement environmental regulatory correspondence and monitoring compliance metrics for all Primark facilities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of environmental and health & safety compliance programs for all Primark facilities.
  • Interact with business partners to ensure all EHS retail needs are achieved, researching regulatory requirements, and determining their applicability.
  • Manage internal task management filings for all regulatory required actions and injury investigations, with knowledge of major federal and state environmental regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory notices, participate in program enhancements, and manage OSHA regulatory reporting using the Sentry Insurance platform.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management, Environmental Safety, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • ASP or CSP certification preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of conducting OSHA investigations and required deadlines of complaints.
  • Working knowledge of Safety Management software.
