Job Summary

We are seeking an EHS Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will contribute to a safe and quality working environment through training, awareness, and compliance to company policy and Federal/State/Local regulations. You will ensure that all required records are prepared and maintained properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor relevant and applicable regulations and accepted best industry practices.
  • Recommend programs, systems, and corrective action for application at assigned site and if applicable for enterprise-wide consideration.
  • Ensure accountability, transparency, cross-functionally and effective communication within the EHS Department.
  • Investigate and prepare required reports of EHS system performance.
  • Take necessary steps to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Participate in the investigation of incidents, near misses, and property damage incidents.
Requirements

To be successful as an EHS Specialist, you should have a strong background in EHS regulations and industry standards. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
