Key Responsibilities:
Profile Management: Regularly update and manage provider profiles on reputation management platforms, ensuring timely responses to online feedback. This involves collaborating with vendors and analyzing performance reports.
Provider Onboarding: Support the marketing integration of new providers into CLS Health. Responsibilities include creating promotional materials, verifying accurate information for our website, and supplying additional marketing resources.
Event Planning and Community Outreach: Organize and implement events designed to boost provider visibility and foster community connections, thereby amplifying our brand's influence. This includes coordinating monthly luncheons for new providers and engaging in local events.
Content Development: Leverage graphic design expertise to produce compelling marketing collateral that aligns with our strategic goals. Assist in crafting various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and website content. Manage content schedules to ensure timely distribution.
Financial Oversight: Supervise the budgetary aspects of marketing initiatives and events to guarantee optimal resource allocation. Responsibilities include managing invoices, tracking budgets, and performing other administrative duties.

Qualifications:
