Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of rockstars to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that exceed company standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a culture of food safety and quality, and ensure that all team members follow company standards.
  • Team Development: Recognize and reward team members for their achievements, and provide coaching and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Deliver an uncommon experience to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Operations: Own open, mid, and close routines, and ensure that the restaurant is set up for success at the start of each shift.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and leadership to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: A minimum of 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deliver an uncommon experience to our guests.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds.
