Job Title: Host

Ricochet Tacos is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the waiting list and server rotation to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience
  • Assist with bussing and sanitizing tables to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Take orders over the phone and manage takeout orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate with the serving team to maximize guest service and ensure a positive experience
  • Interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and operate our restaurant point-of-sale system
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures is a plus, but not required
