Job Title: Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary team at the Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation.

Job Summary

The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure exceptional care delivery
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
  • Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Requirements
  • Valid state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
