About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary team at the Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Guide Nursing Staff: Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional care delivery and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage facility operations, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Conduct Regular Assessments and Audits: Maintain quality standards by conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Mentorship and Training: Offer guidance, support, and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Valid State RN Nursing License: Possess a valid state RN nursing license.
  • Advanced Degree or Certification: Preferably hold an advanced degree or certification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in a Supervisory or Leadership Role: Have experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting.
  • Compassionate and Empathetic Approach: Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • Strong Clinical, Leadership, Organizational, and Decision-Making Skills: Possess strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
