Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Researcher to join our team at Sogeti. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting user experience research, analysis, and making recommendations based on research findings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit participants for research projects and usability studies, utilizing organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with UI Designers, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to identify research tests and questions
  • Provide advisement to internal teams on research strategy to answer critical questions
  • Plan, lead, and conduct various research methods, including usability tests, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and A/B tests
  • Validate usability testing to determine whether new features meet business and usability objectives
  • Participate in site visits and phone interviews, collecting user input through listening, evaluating, and note-taking skills
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and communicate insights to team members
  • Mentor other UX Researchers on the team, providing guidance and support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7-10 years' experience in user experience research or a related field
  • Healthcare domain experience preferred
  • Experience with Agile development preferred
Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent listening and note-taking skills
  • Ability to quickly understand and empathize with participants' needs and goals
  • Knowledge of usability tools, such as Qualtrics, Walk Me, and remote usability testing tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and personal organization skills
