Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Advocare, LLC. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient communications, and performing administrative tasks with the highest level of professionalism.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and ensuring patients check out properly. You will also be required to type correspondence and office memos as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• One year of prior experience in a medical setting preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
