Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other hotel equipment to ensure they operate efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems, including heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, and other hotel infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including documenting work performed, parts used, and any other relevant information.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to understand their maintenance needs and address any issues that may impact guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends, and provide training to other staff members on basic maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular property walks and inspections of the hotel's physical facilities to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- 7-10 years in general property maintenance or a related field, and relevant experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
- High School or equivalent education required.
- Certification: CFC preferred.
- Experience in PTAC Maintenance and repair a big plus.
- Experience in Drywall fixing highly preferred.
- Experience in Painting highly preferred.
- Fire and Safety knowledge preferred.
