Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LPN to work part-time on weekends (10 hour shifts) in our nursing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and monitoring nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care. Key duties include:

  • Supervising HHAs, CNAs, and facility staff to maintain efficient operations.
  • Making daily rounds to assess resident needs and provide guidance as needed.
  • Observing and reporting symptoms and conditions to the Director of Wellness or designated RN/Physician.
  • Administering medications and treatments in a safe and accurate manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license for Arkansas.
  • Experience working in the geriatric field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • CPR certification.
